If you are looking for 21" you should look into the Pirelli Scorpion Zero A/S Plus (they aren't N-spec). I just switched out my Latitude Sport 3s for these and they seem pretty good so far, but I have only put about 500 miles on them. Haven't had to drive in any snow yet though.
