Aftermarket hitches for the Macan have a rating of 750 lbs tongue weight, 5,000 lbs load pulling.
The Macan manual says we have a 4,409 lb towing capacity. I think you are light on a max of only 200 lbs tongue weight. This is a 2' x 2" receiver. I would also think you want to have the load as balanced as possible, with some weight on the tongue of the trailer.
