Been a while since I posted on RennList but I wanted to say thank you to all who shared their thoughts on the Macan, the Panamera and other non Porsches.
Our lease on the Audi RS7 is coming to a close, and we wanted to explore options. My wife had picked up a Merc C450 Awd sedan which we found to be quite a capable sedan. With a 2015 Targa 4S as my go to ride it was time think of what would replace the incredibly powerful Audi. In the end the new pano while incredible felt even bigger than the Audi and was quite expensive.
We thought a BMW M550 x drive would make a great year round car, but but in the end couldn't find the car outfitted to our taste.
So we get to the Macan turbo
We had a launch Macan Turbo in 2015 and like some others found it to be disappointing especially as it didn't have air suspension
We test drove this model which had almost everything we wanted ( pity no Burmester). To put it in a word WOW!
Took her home and she is resting next to her sister the Targa
Good to be a two Porsche family again
Thanks again to the Rennlist and all who shared their thoughts
