Bought this OEM Macan Cargo tray from a vendor on Amazon. It shipped rolled up like a carpet. How do I get it to lay flat? Made from a stiff polymer material. I feel like a knuckle head.

Just lay it out on the floor for a few hours or under the sun, and it will flatten out.

John C4S is correct. Ideally sit it in the sun for about an hour, roll it out then fit it in the car...it will form properly in the back. The Weathertech mats come the same way and I've had them fit absolutely perfectly.

Or, if you have no sun and/or no patience: lay it upside down on a flat surface and apply a hair dryer (carefully.)
