Mine was showing as going to Benicia and has now updated to show the car being offloaded in SD and to my dealer over land.

Tariff announcement to be this afternoon, per WH press secretary... and assume also to deflect attention from the other issues sucking up all the air.

Ugh. What an idiot. It makes zero sense. What does he mean by EU cooperating with Canada? Could we buy a Porsche in Canada or Mexico to avoid the U.S. tariffs? Or I guess another way to avoid the tariffs is to move to Europe. lol

Daisy Leader ETA into San Diego is now 31 March. It is an LNG-powered vessel that handles 7,000 vehicles. I wonder how many are offloading there, and how long it takes to offload?

My Macan arrived in S.D. on the Crystal Ray. I got an update 1/2 hour ago. It's now on its way to my L.A. dealer.

That is great news. When did the Crystal Ray arrive in SD?
Trying to determine how long the unloading/Customs process took.
My car on Daisy Leader arrived into SD port this morning at 5:15.

According to TYD on March 27.
I remember Crystal being in port for a full 24 hours.

Typically, of course depending on RO-RO’s size, it takes 10-11 hours to unload it, same to re-load it for its next trip.

Do you feel like they made it before the cut off? I have step 9 on my 992 4gts from daisy leader. My SA hasn’t been billed as of today…

I believe the tariffs don’t start until 4/3 so one more day left. Fingers crossed.

I think they are unloaded and onshore, but not through Customs yet. I think that determines if they get hit with the tariff or not. One day left for that to happen. It would be absolutely horrible to miss this by a day or two.
