Independent licensed Architect/Construction Manager
Located in the midwest but have done work on both coasts as well.
Not only an outstanding designer but also a hardball/cost cutter on the construction site. Due to my experience in both areas, I also make a superb Owner's Agent. Don't get pushed around by General Contractors who start up with the "change-order" process.....
