This is almost enough to make me sell mine and buy a tow vehicle.

That thread is getting a lot of discussion in the 9-four-four section. They are kinda laughing about the amount of stress the typical 9-9-seven owner has in his life.
Us 928 guys get a 4 buck plastic 2 cup holder and slide it in the passenger seat or hold the **** in our lap.
I personally think that the cup of latte will stay upright in that 9-nine-6 just fine if you leave it on the floor board on the passenger side.
This took a long time to post with the nine9nine****

That's not the first time that topic came up in the 997 forum. One poster had threatened to take his wife's cayman away if she didn't stop drinking coffee on the way to work. It is the first time someone memorialized the lunacy with a photo.
On the other hand the following was posted to this forum:

- A debate on how to pronounce Porsche
- A thread about Miley Cyrus
It seems there is more Off Topic posts than there are quality posts about these cars. Ohhhh...for the good old days.

Holy crap! It amazes me how **** people can get about there cars. However "cool" you think the car is, at the end of the day, it's still a freaking car, and can be cleaned. I try and keep my car tidy, but if I happen to spill a little coffee on the seat, I don't need to be talked from a ledge. Lunatics.

I completely agree...the 993 forum "ain't what it used to be". As a case in point...look at the top threads right now:

Some of us actually owned Porsches when they were not the latest way to accessorize your lifestyle. It makes me sick...they should go & buy Bimmers. Much better cup holders.

Exactly! It was more fun owning Porsches when very few knew what they were...until they and their "muscle cars" were left behind on the road or track.
