Painting the entire interior/cage is probably easy I'd imagine because there's less stuff to tape off. I painted just my cage and it took forever to tape it all off. And now I'm just going to paint everything anyways.

Make sure they clean the tubing very well. Acetone and scotch brite pads work very well, the tubing should almost look polished when it's cleaned really well.
