You just sit back and wait for them to come to you! I know it is an adjustment for many of us...because we are accustomed to having to take some action, even WORK, for what we get. Not so any longer. If you aren't comfortable with the new do nothing approach, here is some action you can take first...stop paying that damn mortgage! If you aren't behind in your payments, you will never get your "share" of the mortgage "adjustments", and won't have your payments brought to "market levels". And if you have been foolish enough to have been paying your credit card payments on time, cut THAT out right now! Before you know it, those debts will be "settled".
