:Ya gotta love the older technology.

Unfortunately, we started using the 9mm as our military issue and as you can tell it does not have near the knock down power of the good old 1911.

I wonder how good his aim would be if the jug shot back?

You got that right, Bob. I have heard that the 9 mil is more accurate, but I don't think it has the stopping power of the 1911. I'm not an expert, however. I am a lifetime member in the NRA though, lol.

I knew this thread would make your day, Dave.

That's a pretty creative way to water the lawn.

I love HK P7 M13's. Most accurate handgun I have ever used, especially on the 2nd shot. Also love Glocks, other HK's, and Sig's. For longer weapons, the MP5 and M4 variants are hard to beat, as are the HK91/G3 and FN/FAL. For bolt action, I love a sniper-built Model 700 or Sako, in either .308 or .416.

For jugs, see below:

I have not shot a P7 - looks very nice. I have a HK USP-C which I like a lot. I have a lot to learn about shooting and getting more accurate. I like Glocks too but when I first used one, I found that I tended to let the entire gun rotate on recoil and I got some jams. The USP is my favorite, so far.

As for jugs, I have not shot that model either.

Maybe some boating pictures would have wider appeal:

I love my Sig P220. Best shooting of all my pistolas. My choice in rifles is my early Sako .264 Win Mag. Fast and flat. Yeah Baby!!!!! For assault rifles, eh we'll stop there......

I'll stick with a MK23 for a handgun, and a good old M24 for longer range work (that is if I had one of each, of course!).

Best jugs....they are right in the next room.

I'm old school... Winchester Defender pump action 12 guage with a pistol grip and room for 8 shells. You don't even have to have good aim. Just point it in the general direction of the correct zip code...
