I will say he was hitting his apexes. And you are correct it would be very demoralizing to add being passed by a guy on a "skateboard" to my current list.

He was going around some serious blind curves . . . good thing someone wasn't going over the line and using the whole road! Can you imagine seeing that dude coming toward you?!? I wonder if he's caused any wrecks yet . . . I know he can't be DOT legal.

Can the Swiss come over here & teach our contractors how to make roads that smooth? Imagine hitting the bumps, dips, and cracks in our roads on wheels that small at 60 mph.
