Ever seen a Basset with the Basset Bloat? It can be deadly for them (seriously) or deadly for all around them if they live through it! I can't hold a candle to a full grown Basset, nor would I (I'm trained in handling explosives)!

Jester,
I'm assuming that this is the post that gave you the impression that he might be turtle material:
While the inability to reboot his computer certainly shows some level of incompetence, he seems concerned about his slowness and may in-fact be trying to go faster. Not sure about this one.

I just don't see what the guy has done wrong to deserve this. He seems like an ok guy to me. Why drag him down to our level?
Did someone mention martinis?

It is just that I have noticed over time he seems to have all the right(or wrong) stuff to be a turtle.
Of course since he has not chimed in he may not want to do this. Also he would still be required to give us a totally embarrassing event preferably on track.
Hey maybe I am totally off base on this one. Would not be the first time.

He definetly has the necessary level of sarcasm to survive.
He has a 911 track car, which I think will probably be at Road Atlanta in June.
I can stop by the track and verify his lack of speed.
He attended an impromptu meeting with the King Turtle and others at Paddy's during the Club Race in Atlanta.
Other than verifying his lack of speed, I think he would fit in just fine.

Hello my friends.
Been busy doing my part to keep the economy out of recession. Damn work. Gets in the way.
Also, drilling through 2" of lead is a very slow process. Have to speed up, slow down, move the bit in and out. (I need a smoke.) With slow, I have lots of practice. Ask the girls I've known. Never in a hurry.
Track exploits? Track? Whats that? Oh! That's where those Miata (Bonnie) go ripping by me. Yeah $%#$%&. Very emasculating.
I did try the 'in and out' move with the T3 wall at Road Atlanta. Needless to say, it resisted my advances. In fact, its rebuke was crushing. See below.
A most embarrasing moment? I once changed the brakes on my car, took it for a spin and heard/felt this strange clunking coming from the rear. I thought I had a bad CV joint. Turns out I forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Talk about a screw loose.
I remember how fast I was the first time on the track. Its been all down hill since. WTF?
As for the 'Reboot'. Its always better to be lucky than good. I'm clearly fall in the former.

ACK! That pic of Randy's car was worse than those fat chick pics that have been posted. My eyes! MY EYES!!! And it wasn't my SM that passed you by, Randy . . . I've not been to Road Atlanta (YET -- soon though! Moving to FL in June!).

Bonnie, I know it wasn't you doing the overtaking but those Miata drivers are often very good. Just singled you out because I suspect you are one of them.
Note that the radiator was still in tack and no drivetrain damage. Still, hurts to look at what was a near perfect example.
