I like to use a combination of sites, but I go to wunderground.com first. Site if fast, and the forecasts are not too bad.

When we were doing commercials, the production companies would subscribe to some pretty amazing weather services, but I figured you didn't want to spend a few hundred dollars for the forecast, or to find out when the rain is going to stop.

Same answer. I have used weather.gov for a long time, for some similar reasons. They tend to be responsible for people in planes and ships, and they seem to be updated more regularly than weather.com.
