However I did notice suspicious drilling sounds coming out of PCOC late in 2007.

I thought the good Doctor might be practicing his profession.

But maybe he was using a dental drill to tunnel out of PCOC...

I will be seeing Dr. Pain on 3/21, when he experiences his first session under the PCOC Work Release Program. I'm CERTAIN that he knows not to show up at Summit Point without a copy of his completed assignment. In fact, I am so sure that he will have it for me that I have arranged with Pete to provide some time during the Driver's Meeting for the Doc to present the document to me.
