Hm...Only problem with tiramisu is that marscapone gets a little dodgy if it gets warm. I'm not working with an RV (full kitchen), just a trailer...

A nice large piece would be nice.......

The last time I took a taxi in Rome, I felt like I got a lesson in how to swear in Italian. I'd never previously heard so many "vafanculos" in my life ... !!

Just for clarification....I have nothing to do with the event on the 15th & 16th, except that I am attending and running with Niagara for my first time. They were nice enough to allow me in after checking my credentials/experience.
