I took this picture down the street from the motel I stayed at the first time I was at Mid-Ohio, in 2005. It still cracks me up!

Reminds me of the guy I knew that owned a ladies workout gym years ago. I asked him if he recommended a special diet to go along with the exercise program. He said all the meat and potatoes with gravy they could eat.

I went with a friend to support her efforts to an AA meeting. It was in the bar district (if that's what you call it -- there was nothing but bars and this AA meeting place) of all things. After going to that boring meeting with her, the first thing I thought of was a martini! Lol. Shame on me!
