It doesn't appear that he is going to send $1000 to an agreeable mutual party. He is chickening out.

stop dancing son. i'm gonna be there. the only thing i worry about is IF i win i might not get paid. i'm READY to lose this $1000-2000 whatever (if you beat me by 5 sec legitimately).. what is your ****ing problem step the **** up.

Just for the record, I do not wish to be a mutual third party to hold Dave's or Frank's checks. I have enough accounting nightmares to deal with running my business. As I told you at the track yesterday, Frank, Dave is good for his money. And from what I've been able to gather, he's not the kind of guy to welch on a bet.

Let's just not even say anything until the 15th. Either he shows or he doesn't. If he doesn't show, I'm sure everyone will tease him. If he does show, we can all discuss the results. Meanwhile, it's kinda useless to talk about it. Well, that's my take. But I'm not the list police, so . . . ya know.
