Why don't you put him on ignore for 3 or 4 days. Then you can let us know what he chickened out of in that time, torment him for a couple of days then decide what to do next.
Then we can spend the next few days talking about racing and life here, without the cowardly paperboy interfering.

Besides he's gotten really boring. All the little fool does is parrot what we've said to him.
