I chose mental ailment. Even if he doesn't show up because of one of the other options you gotta admit the boy's elevator just doesn't make it to the upper floors.

So I think it is a cross between the mechanical ailment (selling car) with the financial ailment (didn't pay), overlaid by the mental ailment (thinks he needs to be a PCA member)...yada, yada...

Selling car came AFTER failing to pay, if that is the reason he was dropped.
His car went on sale today, he removed is name from TWS registration yesterday.

Yes.
Word is that he demanded to be in the advanced group, or an instructor, so he wouldn't have to pay for registration.
He was told to pound sand, and then withdrew his registration.
So HE backed out, by choice.
