Okay, Bob, gotcha now. Well, I bet I've had more of THAT action than certain individuals, as well. In that case, I can see how you'd view it as bragging. I don't usually brag about that stuff, but what the hell, lol. John would be proud.

Absolutely it involved John, you rabble-rouser. I mean hey -- it's kind of like brake pads. When you like the product, why try a different brand?

ROFL. I can't even come back with something for that. That was good! Hmmm . . . let's just say he has plenty of torque and a shifter with a long throw. I really like to stay in the power band. I try not to use the brakes until the race is over. Oh man! Did I just say that??? Lol.

Without proper bedding they tend to glaze over and overheat prematurely. Totally unacceptable.

I find that if you get on 'em hard and long, they will heat up nicely and do what you want them to do.

Must be a difference in style. I find that if you're gentle on them, they're always there when you want them.

I'm with Larry on this one . . . you don't want to brake deep until you really understand the dynamics.

Anyone notice that we don't seem to be hearing from Vicious Rupture these days? I don't expect to see him on every thread, but it seems strange that he wouldn't add to this "deep" conversation.

Could it have something to do with the Govmint releasing 'The Family Jewels" recently to the press?
