I've hired Various Rugers to provide security for the Library. Was that a mistake?

That could be a mistake, but I hear he works cheap. We will need to make certain that he remembers to bring some cartridges with him each day, and we should replace all of the full length glass in the doors with non-reflective glass. We don't want him shooting out the expensive glass while trying to beat himself in a quick draw competition!
