I know that Colm has this in his tag-line, but it is so appropriate here it almost screams:

This whole forum has dragged us down to GRs ridiculously low level, and now he is beating us because he's too stupid to realize that he is wrong and EVERYONE is laughing at him. No matter what you say, he always has an inane retort. If he ever wakes up to see the reality of this situation, he would be so humiliated that I doubt if we'd ever hear from him again.

That maybe true prior to Nov. 2006, but I've been practicing turtle breathing often... ie, taking deep breathes... that's one reason why my body is going through a transformation on the inside. You can tell only a little bit on the outside, but inside my body it is getting much stronger...
Go find a real Chinese (or Asian) Martial Arts master and you too can experience this...
