Visit To DeMan Motorsport This Saturday 4/13/19 Noon-3pm
DeMan Motorsport is graciously hosting an Open House this Saturday 4/13/19 from Noon to 3:00 pm. They ask that anyone who would like to attend to please e-mail them at info@demanmotorsport.com as I think they would like a head count. They will be showing off their latest 4.25L project for the GT4. This info is on the thread Deman started about the 4.25L introduction, but I thought this new thread would get additional visibility. Thanks DeMan Motorsport!

A big thank you to Rick and his team for hosting us!! I think about 20-25 people showed up. It was very illustrative. Several of us were mightily impressed with the upgrades. I personally especially liked the toned-down version with the cats and quieter muffler. But, when you get on it, it rips. This is what should have come from Porsche in the first place I guess they'd charge GT3 money in that case. Thanks so much, Rick, and guys (and Matt for helping organize), it is very much appreciated! And thanks for the pizza and beverages!

It was also awesome hearing and feeling the difference between stock and 4.25l cars. You can literally feel 112db, open pipes, and the big engine shake your organs while it runs on the dyno compared to the stock car.
It's funny but the first time we did an event at Deman back in 2015, it seemed like a shocking number of GT4s all in one place. Today there were probably more GT4 street and race cars just in the shop bays than the entire meet of 2015. Heck, they've done more 4l and 4.25l engines than there were owners at that first meet. The GT4 community is awesome.

Thanks to rick fo hosting the Gt4 event today. That 4.25l engine is a beast, the ride home to mass was a disappointment after riding in that 4.25l conversion Gt4. Had a great time, thanks again Rick.

A big thank you to Rick DeMan for hosting and teaching us more about the 981 platform and the magic you do with it.
Still processing a ton of photos but here is a video of the 4.25l dyno run with a comparison to the numbers on a stock GT4 engine that was just run on the same dyno. So same air temps and conditions.
Headphone users beware, it gets LOUD.
