You're insights are hillarious and don't add up to much of anything as far as I'm concerned. Whether they be about how new of a member I am, or how some dealer has full transparency, or how people should approach their dealer for allocation, you are funny, like it or not.

I wonder what the pitch would have been if the old 981 was a 350hp 2.5 4cyl turbo being replaced by a new 718 with a 400hp 3.8 6cyl high-revving N/A.

Geez you guys. I had. 3.4 liter GTS. Great car. I have a GT4. Also a great car. I've driven a 2.5 liter turbo cayman and 3 liter turbo 911 at Barber. Both also great cars. All great cars, for different reasons. Decide what you want and buy it but please quite whining. This is getting boring.

Today I drove the 991.2 CS and the 718 GTS on the track and I actually preferred the 718. More tossable and easier to control, less likely to step out and not control it. Sound with sports exhaust on was OK, but at least louder then my Targa GTS in the cabin. I did not notice I was driving a 4 pot.
