Price and options affect the sale speed of these cars more than anything else.
We have sold another 2 GT4's we had this month (voodoo PTS and guards red going to new homes) and on both deals it was options that pushed sale forward. Both have CF seats and full leather which was what each buyer wanted. We only have one GT4 left and one Boxster Spyder.
I think just like other GT cars, dealers and sellers get really greedy and try to make too much $ per deal instead of finding a deal point. I made skinny deals on both cars relatively speaking but got two really dedicated customers and one really marketable trade in.

I was seriously considering this car in Ft. Worth (Go Frogs, have a kid there) and another in MD that was also in the silver family (GT). Ended up pulling the trigger on a grey unit that was better equipped but had more miles. In the end I just like the combo better and price-point was similar. Autobahn still shows this car at $112k on the Porsche website, yet the dealers website is more in line with market.

CPO is good thing to have for extra 2 years. I would say 2-4k

CPO was a huge factor in my decision criteria. I wouldn't even consider buying a non-CPO Porsche. The figure I've heard quoted is between $3k-$5k depending on the model and year.

Those of you with GT4s who are think ing of selling, my advice would be to sell now because when the details of the next GT4 and GT4 RS are released, the price of the current GT4 will drop thru the floor. The next GT4 and GT4RS will have the 4.0l motorsport motor with 420hp and 480hp respectively making the original GT4 an unwanted child as a result of just having a regular Porsche motor.

It will also be priced markedly higher and no doubt with an ADM.
So, its not even worth talking about in my humble opinion.

But, the difference is that the unwanted child perspective is from someone who has/will drop 150-200k on a GT3 or similar. There are a lot of buyers at around 100k whom would love to have a GT (more so than a ‘regular’ 911) car and to get into a GT car (a pretty great one at that) without spending much more than a BMW M3/4 and less that 911 will result in a solid market for the GT4. Of course, entry price and availability of the next GT4 can/will impact this.
