Getting ready to leave NJ tomorrow. Car is all packed up and ready to go! Will plan on splitting the trip up into two days. I'm going to hit the Blue Ridge Parkway on the way down. Probably spend tomorrow night somewhere near Asheville, NC. Any recommendations for restaurants or things to do in that area? Appreciate any input!

If you can get a reservation, Curate is epic. Get a seat at the bar. If you like Indian, Chai Pani is great. for breakfast, Tupelo Honey is great.

The place to visit near Asheville is the Biltmore estate but it's going to cost you to sleep there.

Just an update on last week's trip. So, I left NJ on Thurs evening and made it down into Virginia. I wound up doing 60-70 miles on the Blue Ridge Parkway. What an amazing road with even more amazing views! My goal was to make it to Asheville, but I spent so much time on the Parkway that I only made it to Hickory, N.C. Stayed overnight there, and in the AM I met up with fellow Rennlister akunob and his lava orange gt3. We made out way to Atlanta on Friday and stopped by the PEC where we were lucky to get in despite not having made a reservation or appointment ahead of time. We didn't drive anything, but we got to check out the museum and the Exclusive center. The wall of PTS options was pretty cool to check out, and lunch at their restaurant was excellent. Sat., we were joined by moveswiftly, and had multiple sessions in near 80 degree weather at Road Atlanta. For anyone who hasn't driven with Chin, I highly recommend it. The amount of track time is more than any other organization I've driven with. The only downside to the weekend was that there was heavy rain all day Sunday. We all left the track early as we had 11+ hours of driving to get home. Overall, it was a fantastic weekend filled with great scenery, great company, and some great track time! A few pictures of the adventure:

Road Atlanta is a lot of fun. Nice that you got in at least one good day.
