At least in the US, xenon lights were standard, but PDLS was an option, which included the headlamp washers, a brighter bulb, dynamic cornering lamp, speed-sensitive aiming, and automatic leveling. It's apparently possible to retrofit the PDLS assembly to gain all of those features without getting the headlamp washer system for those who would prefer not to have it, but that requires dealer coding and is a fairly expensive retrofit given the cost of these headlamp assemblies and the fairly limited market for takeoff base xenon assemblies.

Agreed, and I disliked the headlamp pimples enough to fork over another $295 to paint them in body color, which goes a long way to downplaying them, but I didn't dislike them enough to spend thousands on the aforementioned retrofit, and in some areas near where I live, the headlamp swivel feature can be very useful when driving at night.
