Would one Trade their GT4 for a 997.2 GT3??

As stated in the other thread (I think)...
> GT4 is chassis chassis chassis; .2 GT3 is engine engine engine.
> GT4 is livable livable livable; .2 GT3 is alive alive alive.
Two horses, different courses.

Would be cool, but un-smoggable in CA.
Still think the right supercharger would be amazing in the GT4. Someone like Jackson Racing—which did CARB exempt superchargers for Hondas, no?—should get to work on it yesterday. 981-1 GT4 with a bit of positive manifold pressure and low-down torque would utterly waste 991-1 GT3s. The whine of an Eaton would also add some aural intrigue—it sure did on a 993 I tested years ago...sounded GREAT and pretty subtle. And didn't wreck the character of the flat six...still revved like a 3.6 but felt like a 6.3 flat six down low.
Maybe Jackson in conjunction with TPC or bbi? Just thinking out loud...

My goals are:
1) Track driving (early intermediate level)
2) Back roads (occasionally)
I've never scratched the 911 itch so there's that too. I'm also considering a .1 GT3. I'm hoping for a nice price calming when a .2 GT3 is released. But not banking on it.

What would you do framed this way:

Jimmy,I've missed my chance back in 2013-14...something like that : I could've bought a 2011 GT3 RS with about 5K miles, grey with red wheels and stickers,CPO for 120K $. What a dumb a*s I've been! Now it just doesn't make sense. The prices don't make sense to buy. I'd rather have a GT4 with warranty.

At least, that's my take.

Thanks for all your input. I have walked from the deal I was considering. The Winter here in Chicago does this to me. I am back on track. My CR GT4 is just too darn pretty to give her up. I drove her yesterday and went to the Post Office. Two people walked by and said great looking car.
My fixation is now this supposedly unicorn Speedster GT that may be coming. and of course the 991.2 GT3 if the Speedster is BS
