Hi All,

I can't seem to figure out how to get the GT4 silhouette to display on the audio screen. I don't have nav or the optional audio. I doesn't make sense to me, that the only thing I can ever see are the radio presets, even when the radio is turned off. 2 questions ....is it possible to do this? If so, how? Thanks for your responses.

Don't know, but that screen was annoying me.
A long press of the power button, and the screen stays off all the time, even after restarting the car.

Pretty sure it only appears briefly on both the head unit display and the instrument cluster display when you turn on the ignition or maybe just insert the key. I don't think there's a way to make it persistent in either location. But if you've completely powered off your head unit as above, it won't appear there. I would do that more often since I hate the radio automatically powering on when I start the car, but powering it completely off kills Bluetooth phone as well. I really wish Porsche's radio startup logic was like BMW's -- HVAC too for that matter.
