Yes they are--good pickup. Look at how the solid line next to the word SCHROTH is on the outside of each strap instead of the inside. And it matters because the metal tab ends of the shoulder harnesses are angled, not straight, for proper orientation into the camlock. Unless SP installed them reversed for some specific reason, it was just a mistake in installation.
