Turbo lag in a gt4?
#16
Burn it i dont think so maybe garage it 5-10 years with 120 miles on the odo high msrp csr at 113 mb somebody wants.
This is a gt proxuct right? 951s gives same tourque at much lower rpm. 28 year old technology? Tourque wins the race.
My 08 rs similar hp similar weight similar 0-60. Much more fun and extreme. 9 year old technology.
This car is dull out of the box... powerband sucks porsche could have done a much better job.
Buy a turbo... look at my fleet have a few of those. NA cars should have faster response right?

May be you can trade with someone who has one of these. What are the specs on your GT4.
I have noticed you made yet another posting on GT4 forum about the same subject complaining and regretting your decision to buy this car. Please see my other post, and hopefully your concerns are genuine and you are not just trolling. Best of luck to you. Mark

Not just trolling just my opinion of the car, 310 tq not a bad number but where it comes in combined with the gearing imo not a winning combo.
Here is the window sticker if anyone is interested dealer installed yellow belts also. Not looking for a premium.

Someone who isn't trolling doesn't make antagonistic posts. How did you think people were going to respond when you called the car dull? Did you think anyone on here would agree with you? If you're only interested in a torque, a cursory read of this forum would have told you to buy a different car.

Gearing on the Gt4 to keep a good distance from other GT products. its available to anyone who really likes the GT4 and is well versed in how they perform

If you are going much under 80 mph in 3rd gear and are expecting torque you are in the wrong gear. Motor feels great between 5k and redline (and is where it needs to be when driving hard)

Can someone please call Andreas Preuninger and tell him that rop3 thinks the GT4 sucks? Something must be done.

Not sure why people are being so sensitive.... he's not wrong... the gearing makes 3rd and 4th seem slow even when higher in the RPM.... it just does... the car doesn't pull all that hard for 100k, but that's not the draw for me anyway.... I love the handling. If I want all out acceleration, I have my liter bike, which will make 90%+ of cars look stupid in raw power to weight and speed. It's all about that sweet mid engine handling, but I really do wish 3rd wasn't so damn long.
