Since my interior is a unique color for the LWBS I would ask anyone in the community who is also interested in SAND BIEGE contact Ed so we can go in on a group buy to share cost of leather purchase.
Thanks for the compliment on the interior on my 987.2 Spyder... It is a very special car.
Hopefully someone else has that interior ?
Maybe try the Boxster Spyder board ?
Best regards
Ed
I just posted my experience with these in the 718 GT4 forum (as that’s what I have!). Great product, incredible match to the interior, and Eddie was nice enough to install them for me as I’m local.
I just picked up a set of these from Ed and I have to say they're AMAZING! They look great, feel great, and heck they even smell great! So good in fact, it looks like it came straight from the Porsche factory
Installation is super easy. This was the first time I did it and it took me no time at all. I had one hiccup with the passenger seat bezel but after reaching out to Ed, I realized I misunderstood the directions and his clarification helped me finish the job a couple minutes later.
This was my first experience buying anything from Ed and his customer service is top notch! If you're thinking about buying these bolster covers, Ed's product is the way to go and he's amazing to deal with. Highly recommend!
Thanks Eddie for the great product and service. Nice leather with thick padding. Material is on par of Porsche OEM leather. Eddie also installed the protectors for me!!
Once installed, its really unnoticeable.
I've just installed a set of these in my UK spec 718 GT4 and thought I'd add to this thread.
Its refreshing dealing with a vendor who not only makes a superb product but backs it up with great customer service. Ed went over and above what would normally be expected and I can't rate him or his work highly enough.
Easy to install, look like they came from the factory, simple transaction and excellent communication.
Since I am about 15 minutes from Ed, my son and I drove my 981 GT4 and Spyder to Ed's place and not only were we extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship of the product but Ed also was kind enough to help installed the covers on both cars. The fit and finish is topnotch. The added bonuses were our chance to shoot the breeze with a Porschephile and to see Ed's 944 Turbo engine bay (his avatar) in person. What a gorgeous sight! I highly recommend Ed's products and service. We'll definitely purchase other merchandises from Ed...

Anyone happen to know the part number for that plastic bezel (around the button) people have a hard time getting around? Mine seemed to have popped off and I can't find it. Thanks
Hi All
I met a really nice local GT4 owner here in the bay area, who took the time to make an install video of the bolster covers.
Thought I would share it ....
Hope it helps
So I broke the plastic seat switch cover during the install. Does anybody know the part number for this part?
It's a bit back asswards, but I think you've got to search the 918 PET (PDF link) to get at some of the LWBS part numbers:
So if that's indeed the case, you're after part no. 918 613 201 01 5Q0. It's a $130 part from getporscheparts, so I'd triple check this before ordering.
