the 3M double sided adhesive tape works well just like on the 4.0 factory ones. If/when you want to remove them you can by hearing them up again.

I am looking at the DMS Gurney which is 7/8" I believe. Do the dive planes balance out the aero? Does the carbon weave/look match the RSS parts? Any before/after laptimes?

It's possible it might be worth up to 3KG of down force. Lots of variables I know. On the 997.2RS4.0 the flicks added 3KG over the 3.8RS.

997 GT3RS - Front: 11KG, Rear: 48, Rear Max: 58
997 GT3RS4.0 - Front: 14KG, Rear: 58
997 GT2RS - Front: 14, rear: 35
GT4 - Front: 12, Rear:31, Rear max: 38
991 GT3 - Front: 18, Rear: 29
991 GT3RS - Front: 36, Rear: ~90
