My lap times agree that after about 10HC's the R7's drop off start making them no faster than the RE71's. But those first few sessions are heaven...like viagra heaven...although I honestly have to say that I have never taken 10 at the same time :-O

How many sessions can I expect to get out of the RE71s with OEM wheels & -3.0F & -2.3R at TWS?

I got 26 HCs on them and they still had a little life to them.

^Sounds about right for "normal" track surfaces. Per the poster asking about TWS, it is like a cheese grater on tires. I would plan for around 2 weekends at the most. I have about the same camber and have never been able to get four full days out of the Cup 2's there, but think the RE71R's might do it due to their outer edges holding up better.

I rode with a student at Mid-Ohio over the weekend running a 265/295 19 Hoosier combo on Forgeline GA1R 9x19 and 10.5 19. From the passenger seat the grip was amazing.

Turn 1 and 7 are the only corners you were able to get on the throttle faster than the Hoosiers. I'm curious if you're not feeling the grip as quickly, or are you not as confident in the tires as they exit a corner. I bet if you can stay in the throttle through the Esses you can easily hit 2:12s. Great stuff!
While not on R71's or Hoosiers, I was running mid 12's and low 13's on Trofeo R's at WGI last weekend. I am lifting in the esses and I know there is more in several corners.
