Default Help!!! Transmission problem ?

hi guys any help is appreciated . I just hit 800 miles a little bit back so I started to go up to 6000rpm on first and second gears. I didn't drive the car for a week after that and I took it for a 30min drive today. Please note I always drive with the sport button on. I notice that the shifting was more raw, more mechanical, l can feel each shift, before it seems like there was something more going on, like something assisting or protecting each shift. I also notice there is no engine breaking when I down shift, before if I am above 4000 rpm without pressing on the gas I will feel a immediate full back from the engine, but now it doesn't do that anymore. Is this normal?

Did you mean no engine 'Blipping' when you down shift? If it is indeed in sport mode probably best to just take to dealer. Others , more knowledgeable than me, will hopefully chime in with their opinion as well.

it's not the 800 miles, but what you started doing at 800 miles - increasing the revs. The higher the revs you have the more obvious the blipping is.

this!

My car feels best right after a track session. Engine purrs and shifts are butter smooth. Don't get too crazy listening/feeling - looking for issues on these cars, especially during break in.
