Tranny replacement
Hey, so a while back I mentioned a first to second gear grind. I did a vid and my dealer sent it to hq. A couple months later and they replaced my tranny. So, any thoughts on break in period? The engine is already broken in at 4300km. Thanks.

If it were my car, I'd use the Andreas Preuninger strategy for a 1200-mile progressively aggressive break-in.

Yeah that's what I'm doing roughly, but less religiously. I momentarily take it to 4700 sometimes (briefly).

So for all the grind people, you may want to consider complaining more and ask for head office assessment. The video really helped.

Freshly post op day 2. I'm trying to adhere to preuningers advice, but I can't help but occasionally venture up to 4500rpm. So intoxicating.
