Looks like Porsche designed the GT4 to run with window closed- PCA says they must be open on track. Wind buffeting at speed is an issue. Is there a wind deflector available?

I have the Blackmill stick on deflectors on my GT3 and the same ones fit the GT4. But to me the buffeting isn't as bad in the 4 compared to the 3. Anyway just try a search on Blackmill performance.
When I did my first track day with the GT4 last week and it was wet, I had no passenger and tried driver window only open. Buffeting was extreme, much better with the passenger window also open. Another GT4 driver showed me these AWE deflectors which he recommended. http://www.awe-tuning.com/awe-tuning...-wind-diffuser

Just curious, why does PCA say that you have to keep the window open in track? Over here, you will get the black flag for an open window (guess why I know...).

One scenario:
a) you have an incident
b) the doors won't open
c) you have nothing to break the window
d) when a+b+c with windows open you can still get the people out
Have the AWE foilers. No issue. Less buffeting than gt3. Here we need windows open for "let by zone signaling ".
Arm out. , OK to pass in prescribed zone or anywhere on the left in the advanced group with a point by.
Heavy buffeting at speed. Over 120 -160 mph + . obviously you are not up there. We were. Piece looks perfect since I was right seating looking for the source. Same spot. Thank you
