I would get a CTEK or equivalent battery tender and keep it attached via the terminal posts. In the winter months you can then swap the lithium one out for this one.

I'm running the braille. I believe shake n bake and a few other around here are too. Once it became fully charged it is fine. I do keep a tender connected to the car however.
