There are plenty of examples of these selling for MSRP and lower for cars with less miles and with LWB's.

End of the day if it is what you want and you can afford it then buy it. If it isn't exactly what you want then keep looking. That one will still be on the market and maybe they will come down in price.
I disagree with the first paragraph but second paragraph is solid advice.

At the end of the day the OP shouldn't set on his hands too long. If they are indeed looking for a specific car that ticks the right boxes options/price wise...

Doesn't seem like there are that many with LWBs, or not, for that matter, selling for MSRP right now.

Goin2drt is the bear point of view on all prices.

OP as we discussed I've seen that car on ebay and autotrader for close to a month now. Not sure why it didn't sell yet but if you do your homework it should be a no brainer. GL

edit: I just checked the build sheet on this one and it is a 06/15 production date. So a one year old car with 4k miles. I'm pretty sure you can get msrp on this one.
Pffft, curb rash? That should be pretty cheap to fix.

I'm a cheap bastard and wouldn't want to pay over MSRP but that seems to be around the market price right now.

Sure. Not saying it is not an easy fix. Just mentioning one of the reasons why this car was advertized slightly under msrp. It is like having your bumper cover re-sprayed. For some having OEM parts modified/painted affects the resale value.

This one sold quickly and was listed 10k over. I thought they were selling for MSRP or lower according to goin2drt.

Unless owner chimes in we will never know how much it actually went for.
Talking to a few dealers it seems they want msrp on used gt4 > delivery miles and 5 to 10K above on new cars depending if buckets or no.
There are a few ones that want 20K over but those are dreaming.
