Default Prices Dropping a Little

If this is a duplicate post, sorry. Just wanting folks to see this who are looking. This is the first I've seen GT4s for under $100K at dealers. Thought I'd share.

I'd be surprised if they are actually selling them for that price. This may just be an automated listing that uses MSRP.

On ebay I have noticed that asking prices have actually been going up. Of course asking price has little to do with what the cars actually sell for but it is what it is.

The blue one looks interesting. The VIN doesn't show LWBS but in the pictures it looks like it has some old 996 GT3 bucket seats. Looks like someone brought it, modified it, then trade it it?

They could be bare bones cars too so they would still be over sticker.

The blue one is $89,785 sticker. 2 way seats.

The Rhodium car is $91,195 sticker, also with 2 ways.

Both these cars were built during the LWB blackout.

They are - but less over sticker than others! I posted just so people could see that dealers are starting to come off of the premiums a tad. The silver car when I first started looking a few months ago was $105K (I believe) and then dropped to $102K (I remember that price specifically).

I think no LWBS affects ability to sell/price - don't flame me and not trying to start a debate; that is just my observation for used GT4s.

Not surprising. I would have expected this to be the case.

From previous observations on Cayman R without buckets and 997/996 GT3s without factory roll cage (they are available in where I live) ... Those cars tend to have a much harder time selling and/or lower selling prices.

Especially when one of those doesn't even have stock GT4 seats! I'd say that's a big factor. If it had the 2-ways it'll likely fetch more but ppl may become apprehensive why seats were gutted in the first place.

So with that one aside, 1 bird does not herald Spring

Agreed. Not only that but the odometer pic is upside down and reads differently from the listing.

What happened to the original seats and the rest of the harness. Are they included in the sale?

How where they able to CPO it with non-std equipment?

Still has the DE numbers in the side window and is missing the bumper plug. Is someone in a rush?

The original seats are back in now and so is the bumper plug is back in and the sticker is gone

It's pretty easy to keep tabs on the Canadian market up here since it's so small. I've definitely noticed the amount of cars available has increased quite a bit (at least 6 on the market right now publicly).

I don't know if this is real, but there's a black w/ LWBS and many other options for $115k. If that is CAD then it's under $90k USD and under MSRP:

All the option prices are listed in USD (unless those happen to cost the exact same amount in Canada), so my guess is the $115K is USD, too.
