I'm just about speechless. That is a stunning car. I hope I get to see you and this stunner in person. Thanks for posting the images. I guess it's a good thing PTS was unavailable to me...besides being in bankruptcy, I'd have nothing to wish for. Coveting is bad, but...

WOW!! That simply looks just right, the color really pops and fits the curves of the GT4 so well. Congrats!

Now that GO is a heck of a build. Love the yellow stitching and calipers with the SB wheels - Love it

Mine is Guards Red ... I've never experienced a color that can look so different depending on the lighting.

I know colors and color combos are all subjective. I find the gulf orange by far one of my favorites unfortunately for me the yellow on the inside totally kills it.

But man, with that color, those seats, and the decals you'll be putting on, that thing will be just begging to be on a track. Just saying!
Thanks jphughan. I used various paint swatches at Porsche against the carbon and thought that agate blended the best and brings out the lighter greys in the CF. If it were going to be a track car I would have added the GULF emblem on the hood. Plus, my Cayman R track car already has the 3.8l X51 with gears 3-6 changed out. With these mods, seriously doubt the GT4 will be quicker. I will post additional pics next weekend once the stripes/vinyl has been added.

It was great seeing your car ready to go! It looks awesome and super happy for you that you got the LWBs. Let me know when you are heading to Lime Rock so we can hook up.

I hear you...my wife is not a fan either and fought me the year we have waited for the build and delivery! But it is a GT car at the end of the day and in person it does work. The red would have clashed worse and the silver is a little too non-descript for me for a GT car. In person, the car flows really well and once you are inside you really only read the front hood in orange. The mirrors will be removed and replaced with either black to match the wheels or silver to match the striping. Won't decide until I see the striping on the car at the end of the week.

Hey-this is you car and not some one else's. You build it for you. I have a similar build except CR exterior and left the seat belts in black but I have the yellow stitching and calipers. I only care about it making me smile when it finally shows up

Seriously gorgeous build Roy!! Can't wait to see it. I expect you to bring it along with your track car to all events just so we can gawk at it.
