These look great thx for posting links and photos everyone.

I noticed on suncoast description of these covers that they recommend that you only change the covers once since more than that might damage the key somehow?

For those of you who have done the replacement, do you see any reason the cover couldn't be changed more than once? Thx.

The cheapo ones that I got from Amazon have hard plastic tabs. I'd imagine these would snap off if you tried to remove them.

The funny thing is that the key has been as big a hit as the car. It makes everyone smile.

I see, thank you.

So it's the cover that may be damaged upon removal, not the key itself.

If I simply wanted to change out the cover to a new one, it's not a problem?

This is where you ordered from?

Haven't tried switching covers again, so can't say for sure - but I doubt it's a problem.

$125 is digestible Could be worse. For me a bigger rip-off is paying ~$1,800 for SC when all the software features are easily retrofittable, so essentially you are getting an otherwise not-so-fancy clock. Another illustrative example of why Porsche has the best margins in the business (basically the cost of the dash watch is what that option truly costs them)

Here are some pics of the blue option through Amazon (shipped from HK). It's anything but SBM, but for $8 I can live with it, and whenever the time comes that I can't, I'll try and repaint it with original paint.

Has anyone seen where you can buy the Martini Racing themed painted covers, am keen to buy but can't seem to find them online anywhere, I have seen them though, on car, maybe a 918 can't recall. Cheers
