That is a damn good idea actually. I went back and opened up the raw image and re-did it at maximum resolution. Gonna have to hang it somewhere.

The surround is a cylinder that slides over the clock - the clock is very rigid and does not move at all to accept the surround. The surround has a plastic fork on the bottom to align the surround straight up with the clock. The stitched leather wrapped surround I purchased is just wrapped over a stock plastic one, so I know it fits - I just can't get it in the opening over the clock. Anyone know if the clock loosen up so it can be tilted or does the dash need to be loosen to fit the surround back in? Thank you.
Mind to share pics and where did you order these leather pieces from? Thanks.

Took her out for a quick spin. Still no snow or salt on the ground in Ny. 40F so tires were fine, dry conditions. Got the engine nice and hot to lubricate everything, tires driven to prevent flat spots and a fresh tank of gas. Now it can snow...NOT.

Yep,she's still awesome to drive, even more so after sitting a bit and forgetting how she drives.

Got a call from Porsche Service to "UPGRADE" Engine compartment blower fan, I'm like wtf is that? of course SA had no clue...

Dropped her and picked up a 2015 Panamera 4 as a replacement car,,, what an elephant!

Next day went to pick her up to see the driver side rocker panel scratched (cant be polished) ,,, barbarians jumping in an out with no regard to customers' cars :-(

Complained and getting her paint touched up next week, but what a turn off :-S

Default Installed Rennline tow hooks

Installed front and rear tow hooks.

Removing caps is easy as per manual. Simply press hard on the bottom and fish it out, no tools required. Squeeze the barbs to sneak it completely out.

I test fitted the factory supplied tow hook first. I recalled reading that it is a left turn to tighten thread. This is correct. Heavier factory supplied hook did assist cleaning threads. OE hook is located in the fronk drivers side tool kit. RL hook screwed in with some assistance in the front, less in the rear. The bolts are shipped with plastic washer shims for the varied depths on different cars. I found on my GT4 i used 0 shim washers in the front, and 5 shim washers in the rear. Both front and rear hooks thread in deeper than the oe hook which has a collar preventing it from screwing in too deep.

I hope these will never be used, but if i do find myself off the track i will be prepared.

Default Perfect size container for fronk

This is a little thing, but i test fitted various containers and believe i found the best fitting one. This particular container has a watertight cover, good from carrying stuff to the circuit.

Others were close, but i believe this is the largest to fit...

A 74 quart container by IRIS - bought through The Container Store.

Thanks for the photos, Matt! Made it easy for me to find at the local Container Store tonight ($20.99). Fits great in the frunk
