$500? I'm crazier than they are for charging that since I paid it. Yes, we like it more than we imagined. It's a nice bit of bright.
Thanks!

Yes, '15 NC. One of the last new PRHTs around. Lots of fun but simply not the same. But, at literally 1/3 the cost, it's unfair to compare them. The ND looks fine to me, but I wanted a PRHT (and still do, actually, but couldn't get Porsche to build me one).
My wife called the Miata "a go kart" and didn't enjoy riding in it. Can't have that.

Traded a '13 BS on my TT. Missed it from the day I dropped it off. On this one I added the heated steering wheel and voice control (plus the all important reversing camera, which wasn't available in '13 MY).

It spent the weekend with its older sibling before getting dropped off at Esoteric Detailing today for a new car prep. The weather here has been amazing. 44 and sunny all the way to Columbus. I would never pay $3K for PSE, but boy it does sound good (I realize I paid for it, but I "had" to).

Keadog I'm having esoteric do coating and maybe paint film in 2 weeks. They are the best. What are you having done?

I've had esoteric do 3 of my cars. Did you drive your Boxster to their location?

I drove it down yesterday and should pick it up Saturday AM. They're doing the same as my TT: Ultimate New Car Prep with full front and rockers/back in clear bra, wheels, top, interior and windshield treatment.

Todd told me, but I forget. Something he feels is better than Raggtopp and should last several months. I'll get the name when I pick the car up, since I'll buy some to reapply on my own.

Thanks. Not too many in DBM (or Anthracite for that matter). I had only seen one car in DBM before ordering. I like it a lot so far. It does look almost black when cloudy.

Great taste in cars, Keadog! I'm keeping my turbo and getting a GT4. I'd get a Boxster and love (the idea of) top down driving (except the wind, the noise, the sun, the attention, etc). As much as I've tried, I'm just not a convertible guy. I don't even drive with the windows down Sad, I know...

Thanks. I have had "phases" with convertibles over the years. I'm in the "they're really fun" phase right now. The vent seats really help on the occasional hot day here.

Congrats on the new arrival, its a real beauty! I love the DMB. It definitely has a lot of character and looks very different depending on the lighting conditions. Wishing you many years of enjoyment with it.

And thanks, Dino! I really like this car, 210 miles in. It feels "right". Picked it up at Esoteric this AM. Todd was nice enough to agree to a Saturday pick up to accommodate my call schedule and Dan Roth spent part of his Saturday morning going over the work with me. The car looks terrific and all ready for a winter slumber. I normally like to "debadge" all script, but my wife liked the look of the black 'Boxster GTS", so they just removed the "PORSCHE" from the rear deck.
The GR "dummy" key arrived from Suncoast yesterday, so I think things are all set until the first oil change at 1K.
Here's some pics of "in progress" and finished.

And, I must say the X73 is really great. Not too stiff at all and I like the lowered ride height. One less console button to remember to push! I think more people wold order it if the dealers had cars with it folks could try. I'm glad I did, but I was a little nervous.
