My silver wheels/silver wing was a last second change. Realized it would be subtle on a white car in a good way. Glad I did. Very rare combo in the database.

 

Silver here as well. On JBM car with platinum wheels at that. Was skeptical at first but really liked the contrast after seeing it in person and am ultimately happy with the look. Plus the tad bit of extra rarity is also a plus .

 

Ill be painting swapping my black uprights silver to match silver wheels.

I thought I made a mistake with the silver after seeing pictures. I thought they would be close to the platinum wheel color (they're not) ultimately I'm glad I chose silver as I think it breaks up the dark color. The platinum wheels are also amazing IMO

I may wait I know that if I can get a part off of your car and put it on mine I will be faster. Maybe trade the RS uprights and I will plasti-dip black and try to retrofit to the 4 and that way you'll have the proper silver ones in hand when yours shows up. Easy.

PeteyDaddy- you have the exact exterior spec and PCCBs I was going to do before I switched to GTSilver. The silver supports work so well in those pics and your car is absolutely dreamy! How awesome the DBM is! My formula of silver wheels=silver uprights doesn't apply here at all

 

You are some picky dudes. I have silver uprights with silver wheels and silver side stripes, and I'm pretty happy with the way they look. But really, who cares what color the uprights are? Who even notices? I'm sure I would be happy with black as well.

I don't care if I have matching socks walk around like a homeless person but if my car is "off" I can't enjoy it.

That's why I cleaned up the RSA and outspend the market value..

My car is Carrera white with silver supports, not 100% sure I love it but I haven't changed it yet. Might powder coat the supports to match the wheels.
