Beautiful car and perfectly optioned! I have another month before my build is locked and you have me re-thinking SBM. Glad to hear about the long gearing impression- look forward to your thoughts after break-in!
Nice! Bear Mt? PM me next time, I would love to join! I am just across the river...
And Hawk's nest.
My pleasure. It might be as early as this coming weekend. I'm at 700 miles and I'm trying to be done with break in by the first snowfall.

Was planning to meet JohanS430 this coming Saturday morning at the Ross Dock picnic area at the base of the GWB for some photos before heading up to Bear Mtn. Would be great to get the grey, red, and blue cars together and maybe meet sonourus as well.
Anyway, this is all a big IF because I'm waiting for my temp NY State registration paperwork from my NJ dealer. My temp out of state plates expire tomorrow.
I'm not getting a good feeling about this and thought the process would be simple...

The dealer is obligated to give you a temporary registration until your permanent arrives. They should've given you at least 20 days,if not more.
If they can't get your car registered by the expiration of the temp plate(for whatever reason),they have to provide an extension to your present temp registration. The only thing you need to provide is proof of insurance.
Hope this helps.

OK, my temp expires tomorrow so either they get the NY State paperwork, or they FedEx me another 20 day temp for Friday...
Thanks for the info. I've been holding back on diving into the DMV details because I know myself and it will make me more paranoid... LOL
