Stumbled upon a GT4 for sale at a local dealer

But this is RL and what we do. We can comment since this isn't actually a paying vendor It's the OTHER listing we are supposed to just say "GLWS, should sell quickly at that price. Someone will be the new happy owner soon"

We could talk about how much you would sell me your 95 993 c2 Polar Silver for I sold the same car about 3 years ago and miss it dearly. The GT4 is great but nothing is as beautiful as the lines of the 993 Especially with the aero kit I can not recall another car other than a 993 that you enjoy hearing the door shut.

That would be a short discussion

Ocho, Sorry you miss your 993, but your statements reaffirmed my decision to keep mine even when I hit the GT4 lottery. My wife thinks I'm crazy. I knew I would regret it the moment I let it go.

Truth be told, I've considered selling either my 993 or '87 Carrera and getting a Cayman 981 to use as a DD. But I know I'd regret letting either of the air cooled cars go so I'm looking at less expensive 987.2s instead. Tough to replace these older cars, especially with what's happened to prices over the last few years.

Love my 993.

FWIW, Livermore happens to be a RL sponsor in the 996 forum, but most folks know better than to support insane market adjustment prices.
