Yeah, I can understand that. I'm pretty selective about who I will drive my car(s) but in general feel like it's a feeling I like to share.

I've always loved Porsches since I was a kid but I was really drawn in when a sales guy pushed a 911 test drive even though I told him I was a few years out. I bought a 997.2 c2s from him 2 years later. Interestingly I almost bought a Cayman S instead then.

 

i like the spec. very classy and discreet spec.

 

Thanks, the only think I might add is extended leather in hindsight but it really doesn't bother me. Everything else is personal opinion but the car came with everything that I needed. Easily the best car I've ever owned.

Yep - I like the extended leather look, but it's just one more non-essential option.

When you're screaming up to the redline it matters not one bit.

 

Mine also has very few paid options:
Sapphire blue.
Heated seats.
Leather interior.
That's it.
Less to go wrong.
