I am fortunate to have a well respected porsche race shop, Wright Motorsports, literally around the corner from my house. I recently took the GT4 there to have them baseline the suspension set up.
Here is what they found:
Yours has less toe than mine . F-1.5&-.15 R-1.4&-1.3 toe F 1.5 mm in I changed it to 0.
R toe 3.2mm =.130" = 21' spec for rear toe is 20' +_4' . Your rear toe is 14' range is 16-24".
I may dial back my rear toe but I'm going to wait and see how it is on track . Normally I don't run much more than 2mm rear. Carl
Interesting. Seems like the stock rear toe is a lot more than the previous caymans. I just reduced my 987 rear toe to about 3' (.05 degrees) each side, from about 6' (.1 degrees each side), to get it into corners better, due to my rear aero.
I'm sure an easy way to free the GT4 up, in addition to bars, is to reduce rear toe some. I'm sure the track rat setup data will start pouring in soon.
