I know there was one in texas which put out 408hp. Any other gt 4's have ecu tune?

You'd get better response posting in the GT4 sub forum, though I expect the thread will devolve into a debate about a) whether that tune you reference was really true and/or b) how you'll void your warranty or put your eye out.
